Based on some of the more general type questions we've received during our past moves, we've
assembled the following questions and answers list. It's by no means complete, so if you have a

Why should I use A Way to Move?
A Way to Move offers a unique alternative by picking up your small items or letting you pack an entire container and
delivering it to your new location when and where it's convenient.

When do I pay?
Payment is made prior to the delivery of your goods to your new address. Because you are
traveling, it is usually easier to pay a few days before you leave. For your convenience,
we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, your cargo cannot
be delivered if payment has not been received.
Please note that the receiving party will be responsible for any destination charges incurred
during the customs clearance and delivery process. Our agent at destination will assist
the receiving party with the local authorities to ensure an expeditious receipt of your belongings.

How long does it take to load and unload?
That depends on you. If you have everything boxed
up and ready to go the contents of an average home can be either loaded or
unloaded inside one day. Under normal circumstances we will provide the
container for two days and if you need more time, let us know! Please note
that containers must be unpacked in alignment with local terms and duration
allowed at destination.

Can you move my car?
Absolutely. Moving your vehicles is one of our specialties. Call our customer service team

Do you have minimum and maximum shipment sizes?
A Way to Move doesn't have any minimum shipment
sizes. We can move your suitcase or your entire home. Our largest containers are
40 to 45 feet (45 foot containers are not available to all destinations) and can hold the contents of a
mansion. Most 2-3 bedroom homes will easily fit into a 20-foot container.
But there is absolutely no minimum for your International move. You can ship one suitcase, or a household
with us!

Is there a price guarantee?
Absolutely! Most of us have heard stories about moving companies refusing to deliver goods unless hidden or
unexplained charges are paid. With A Way to Move we guarantee that the price you are quoted in writing is the
price you will pay. The only additional charge you could pay for is storage. Ask our Customer Service team for
details about storage rates and locations.

Can you move shipments anywhere?
A Way to Move can move your belongings from anywhere in 50 US states to the far reaching points of the globe.
Unfortunately we can't help you with moves within the same state.
If you're moving domestically we suggest you call your local moving
company, however if you're moving internationally check out our great rates and
service!

Are my belongings insured during the move?
At A Way to Move, we believe the best insurance you can have is making sure that your treasured
belongings are packed in a safe and
responsible manner. However, should you require loss insurance we will be
happy to provide you with this service. For more information about your
